Nothing like a great morning intense workout! I am actually surprised at my energy level given I normally don’t work out in the morning. Spent the whole time working out the shoulders and the always important forearms.. A couple of pictures of my forearms post work out. Too bad they don’t stay that pumped all the time! :).
