What a crazy busy day today…

6am breakfast
730am-9am practice session with the U14A team
1030am-1130am strength training with my U13AA
12pm-1pm speed lunch @ my moms.. And as always its a minimum 4 course meal.. And ‘no’ is not an option.
130pm drop off Fab to his work as field monitor
2pm-3pm run errands
3pm-5pm down time; watch olympic coverage
530pm-6pm sushi time
715pm-915pm MU14AAA game
930pm starbucks for a cappuccino.
