Yet another great workout. I cannot preach enough about that freaking C4; thank you Vanessa! Maybe I should become a spokesperson for it ;)! I blasted my shoulders until I could no more and then I shifted my attention to the legs! Amazing! I also worked the forearms and I ended the workout with a crazy ass push-up routine; here’s how u do it.. In 3 mins u must do as many pushups as possible… Of course, u can rest as many times as u need to.. The idea is just to complete as many as u can… I accomplished 95. Next up 100.
