I did write that I won’t post about what I eat but from time to time I will post about the various protein shakes I make…
I didn’t really know what to call this one but here are the ingredients
1 full banana
3 ice cubes
8oz liquid (mostly liquid muscle with almond milk)
1 teaspoon Nescafe instant coffee (or of your choice)
1/1.5 scoop of vanilla whey protein
4-5 almonds (I don’t always add).. I am sure u might ask why add almonds when already using almond milk? Why not? It adds more texture.
While blending if I notice it’s too thick I add more almond milk.
Tastes really good. Typically I have in the morning.
I won’t elaborate on the Liquid Muscle in this post but rather will dedicate a future post on it.
