After this morning I was thinking the answer is a resounding ‘No’… I decided that I would weigh myself immediately after I get up in the morning which is usually at 6am. Here are my past week weigh-ins:

6/13/2016: 181.8lbs

6/14/2016: 183.6lbs

6/15/2016: 183.6lbs

6/16/2016: 183.0lbs

6/17/2016: 180.0lbs

6/18/2016: 184.2

6/19/2016: 188, 184.2 @ 10:30am

As you can see this morning I weighed myself a second time because the first weigh-in boggled my mind.

Of course I needed to understand the fluctuations and so I did some googling.. honestly, what would we do without Google… Anyway I stumbled across this site:

So in short there is nothing wrong with weighing yourself every day but the right thing to do is to take a weekly AVG and base your decisions on that.

No doubt I still have plenty of work to do.
