I spent the weekend making sure that the heat pad was working overtime and doing its magic.. I tended to my groin injury and the effort paid off. Today I returned to the gym. When I got to the gym though I realized I forgot my lock. Got back in the car, drove home and when I got there could have called it a day but I DIDN’T !!! MOTIVATION people! Lol.. Returned to the gym and successfully did 1hr15mins of cardio. As you know Monday is my strictly cardio day. It’s too soon to tell but right now there doesn’t seem to be any signs of trouble with the groin. We shall see as the night progresses and of course tomorrow morning!
